OSPRE Part 1 is The Objective Structured Performance Related Examination.
OSPRE has been used in the recruitment process for Constable to Sergeant and Sergeant to Inspector since 1991.
OSPRE Part 1 is a three hour multiple-choice examination.
Within the examination you will be asked a maximum of 150 questions.
Once you have successful completed OSPRE Part 1 you are then required to complete four steps on the National Police Promotion Framework.
