A man has been found dead at a house in Middlesbrough and another man has been found seriously injured.
Officers from Middlesbrough Police Station attended the address on Homerton Road in the North East after 5.30 pm on Friday 11th November.
The Cleveland Police control room received m reports that two men had been assaulted within an address.
Upon arrival, one man was pronounced dead and another aged in his 30s was found with serious injuries and is currently being treated in hospital.
Police have not released the identification of any of the men but detectives are working to identify and establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
Police believe there is no risk to the wider public and officers remain in the area to pursue enquiries.
