Appeal court judges have refused to stop the government’s first flight taking asylum seekers to Rwanda on Tuesday.
An earlier High Court ruling said that it was in the “public interest” for the government to carry out it’s policies.
The scheme will see some of those entering the UK illegally be flown to Rwanda to apply for the asylum process there.
Now 11 people are expected to be on a flight on Tuesday, which is now believed to be going ahead.
Campaigners were trying to stop people being sent to the east African country before a full hearing on whether the policy is lawful next month.
