Police attended the property after the toddler was reported missing.
Sadly her body was found less than an hour later in the garden.
The toddler was was found unresponsive in Reede Road, Dagenham East London shortly before 5pm on Saturday.
Paramedics attempted to save her but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
