Emergency Services are this morning continuing the search for a missing teenage boy who is believed to be missing at sea.
Overnight members of the community have pulled together to help search for the missing teen.
With some members of the community providing refreshments for emergency workers.
The teenager was out swimming with his friends of the coast at Hartlepool when the incident unfolded.
The Coastguard & RNLI have this morning resumed the search at first light.
During the hours of Darkness many members of the community came out and helped search the beach by torch light.
Some supported with drones but were asked to land them to enable to police helicopter to carry out a detailed low level search of the area.
Emergency services raced to the scene just before 7pm on Thursday which is located near to the West View area of Hartlepool.
