An incredible six-month-old baby has overcome coronavirus while fighting with her heart and lung problems.

Adorable Erin Bates is an image of hope for those who have developed coronavirus symptoms.

Beating off the virus while recovering from major surgery on her heart and windpipe.

The family were hit with the devastating news that she had developed Covid-19 and were worried that she would not make it.

Less than two weeks ago, tiny Erin was photographed in a high-dependency unit at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool where she wassurrounded by machine and wearing an oxygen mask.

The family shared heart-breaking photos of Erin to encourage people to follow social distancing measures and to stay indoors.

Now, the brave little fighter has overcome the virus, her delighted family have been told.
