It is believed at the moment that only a small group of retailers will be allowed to remain open.
Will i have to close my business? we currently have a limited list of what is believed to be essential shops. As the Government develops the list we will release and update these details These are not limited to the following.
  • Supermarkets
  • Pharmacies
  • Newsagents
  • Pet shops
  • Hardware stores
  • Banks
  • Post Offices

It is not yet clear if Takeaway and delivery only food services are allowed to remain open but many would consider them as non-essential businesses.

The Government advice is now to stay at home.

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or essential work
  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

Anyone can spread the virus.
