Kate McCann the mum of missing Madeleine McCann has begged people to stay indoors to beat coronavirus.

She took the time to share a poignant prayer which encourages everyone to stay in doors in a bid to stop coronavirus.

Kate who is a former GP shared the touching words on the official website which aims to find her missing daughter.

In the new post on the Facebook page seen by millions across the world and under the hashtag “FlattenTheCurve” the prayer reads: “And then the whole world walked inside and shut their doors and said we will stop it all.

“Everything. To protect our weaker ones, our sicker ones, out older ones.

“And nothing, nothing in the history of humankind ever felt more like love than this.”
