PC Eddie Walker AKA PC Edward Walker has been on his travels for almost three years.
Surely it’s not been almost three years since PC Edward Walker set of from Durham Police on his ventures.
Within the world of Twitter, he has in fact become a local celebrity that travels more than most of us.
He is still going from strength to strength to raise money and awareness for the Care Of Police Survivors Charity.
The fantastic Idea came from Diane Lewis & Julia Berry detention with the Met Police.
She was supported by Diane Lewis who donated and launched Eddy from Durham Police Headquarters and of course Police Hour who arranged everything in the background and behind the scenes to ensure he was successfully launched during the first 2 years before the rains were fully handed over to Julia to run herself.

We reported on what an amazing two years it has been for eddy and how he was heading to be officially with COPS who planned on using him as the official PR for the charity to ensure awareness was raised.
What an amazing two years it’s been for Eddy… He’s now heading to COPS
Eddy managed to head to the Great North Run with Julia, and managed to stop off with Northumbria Police as he met with the horses and of course ran his first ever Great North Run, Come on Julia get your running shoes back out and be dragged around the course again by Eddy.
His most memorable trip for us personally was the incredible hospitality he had at West Yorkshire Police. where he then headed off to the Met.
Under the new street name PC Eddie Walker he now continues almost three years later to raise awareness for Care Of Police Survivors.

Before he visited Liverpool Football Club he took some time out to chill with Jenny and Jaffa. Apparently Eddie spent some time talking about his almost three years on the road.

@PCEddieWalker saw some Liverpool tourist attractions too. He met John Lennon, Eleanor Rigby and had a ticket to ride on the Magical Mystery Tour. Then Oxberry enjoyed her tea when we got home @MMTLiverpool #followthebear pic.twitter.com/peEN7yZxWi

Eddie last known movements before he headed to Liverpool was a spooky halloween.
Have a great Halloween folks, stay safe whether your trick or treating, out policing or having a cosy night in. And remember young cubs, only visit people you know and who are happy for you to call.

If you would like to Host Eddie we believe the best advice would be to drop @PCEddieWalker a tweet. We are sure he will only be sent to trusted cops who don’t manage to lose him and have an active Twitter account.
We look forward to seeing Eddie heading to the Lock Up Lock In next, where 50 cops will be  spending the night in jail to raise money for charity.
What a great three years it has been for Eddie. Here is to the next Three.
