Police in Hartlepool are urgently looking for a vulnerable 16 year old boy.

Levi Waddington left the town centre area around 3.45pm today, Monday, wearing a green and black North Face coat with a white hoodie underneath, dark tracksuit bottoms and wellies.

Levi is 5’7 and of slight build.
