Brendan Dassey has been refused a pardon after he says he wrote a note which read i am writing to ask for a pardon because i am innocent and want to go home.”

Following the Netflix documentary which saw a man jailed for rape and murder series Making A murder.

Brendan has been told under no circumstances that he will be eligible for a pardon.
