A police officer has been left seriously hurt after bit by a vehicle making off.

At 11:32am on Tuesday, 29 October, officers conducted the stop of a vehicle at White Hart Lane, Tottenham.

It is believed the officer was stopping a vehicle which stopped for the officer and then drove at the officer at speed.

colliding with an officer before making off from the scene.

The London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended.

The officer has been taken to hospital.

We await an update on his condition.
There have been no arrests.

Enquiries are underway to locate the suspects and the vehicle.
