An image of a boy and girl walking down a corridoor in a hosptal has caused a debate. But can you see the issue?

The image was captioned cute but it has sparked a debate about gender stereotyping.

We all know that doctors and nurses are both male or female, but an image uploaded to Twitter has caused a huge debate.

The image was uploaded by an account named ‘Medical Shorts” and usually shares images of injuries and such likes.

They are also very supportive of medial professionals by sharing examples of advancements in medical surgery.

But they have kinda sparked a huge debate by assuming little girls will grow up to be nurses and little boys will grow up to be doctors. Which really has divided Twitter.

The image itself shows two children one a girl the other a boy walking down a hospital corridor holding hands and wearing mini-scrubs.

The girl is wearing pink and the boy wears green. The little girl has ‘Nurse in training’ written on her back and the boy ‘Doctor in training’.

“This is cute, isn’t it,” the account has added, including a heart eyes emoji.

The tweet itself was liked 20K times, which does suggest some people like do like the tweet but when you look at the comments you’d see another story.

But lets be honest gender stereotyping is not good and does not have a place within 2019.
