A man is in hospital after being stabbed near Kew Gardens.

Police were called to Royal Parade, in the town of Kew, just before 8am this morning following reports of a knife attack.

The victim, who is in his 50s, was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

No arrests have been made.
