Three men have been rushed to hospital with stab wounds following an incident on Inverness Place, Roath, Cardiff.
Local sources have suggested that the incident is not terror related and is linked to a local drug gang within the area.
Armed officers have been deployed to the scene as a precaution and will remain on scene until it is deemed safe to withdraw them.

The exact extent to the nature of the incident is unknown and police say it’s not appropriate to release further details at this time.

South Wales Police have confirmed this is a live ongoing incident but have not released any further details saying “More information will be released when appropriate”
It is believed the area will remain on lockdown to allow forensic officers to examine the scene.
No arrests have been made In relation to the incident.
