Three men have been charged with arson and manslaughter over an explosion that killed five people in Leicester

Police declared a major incident after an explosion has ripped through a shop and flat in Leicester.

The shop was located behind a busy bus stop and had a flat above it.

It is believed the stop was a Londis store which recently changed it’s name to Western Park Store.
