Man taken hospital with serious facial injuries following Hartlepool Incident

A man has been rushed to hospital following a serious assault on King Oswy Drive Hartlepool.

Cleveland Police say that at 9.40pm on Wednesday 7th February, and a 51-year-old was taken to James Cook University Hospital with serious facial injuries.

Detectives have arrested a 22-year-old local man who is currently in police custody in connection with the incident he will be interviewed by officers today.
