A group of sick Hartlepool lads have left an elderly woman heartbroken after her cat was grabbed and brutally murdered.
Initially, she was left shocked after viewing CCTV of a lad approaching her cat and grabbing it by the scruff of the neck.
The cat was taken in Tulip Close on the Bishop Cuthbert Estate at 3.30am on Sunday Morning and was found in the West View Cemetery after receiving a tip-off.
This left the family heartbroken and in fear that the family cat had come to some kind of harm. Those fears became reality when the cat was found brutally killed.

Pepsi owner was left devastated and launched a search to find the Pepsi hours later the owner was left horrified of her cat’s fate.
Having discovered the cat was grabbed and brutally killed by a group lads and his dog for their own entertainment.
The sick teen grabbed the cat in Hartlepool in the early hours of Sunday morning after the cat was chilling on the roof of his owner’s car.
Family members had bought the cat for there mum as she had sadly lost her husband following a battle with cancer the cat was a huge part of her life.
Sophie Parkinson said “Tonight I’ve sat and watched my mams heart ripped into pieces after finding Pepsi’s body after being stolen and brutally killed by the lad on the CCTV and 2 of his vile disgusting friends with their dogs for their own entertainment. My mam is still a grieving widow and is now having to come to terms with not just the loss of her beloved pet but also knowing how horrendous his death will of been.”
