The Magpie cafe in Whitby is on fire for the second time in less 24 hours. Hours after announcing they had re-opened a second blaze broke out within the Cafe.
Flames could be seen coming out of the roof of the Magpie as thousands enjoyed the sun and waited in line to be served Fish and Chips.

North Yorkshire Fire Service confirmed they were dealing with a large fire on Pier Road, And was sending further crews to support with the fire from Robin Hoods Bay, Danby & Scarborough.

before smoke began coming from the upper floors at around 3.30pm. At the time of the fire there were thousands of people within the area who had to be quickly evacuated to make way for the fire service to access the location.
