Child Sexual Exploitation is happening, Spread the word and prevent it! with the power of #SuperHero17

Child Sexual Exploitation is happening and we need your help spread the message to prevent it with the power of your ‘Superhero’ and we really do need your help and the power of social media.

And there is a really good reason this is happening and it’s all about Child Sexual Exploitation. You can join in and help by changing your profile picture.

Police Constable Rob Stevens for a number of years now has been highlighting Child Sexual Exploitation with a ‘superhero profile’ and for the last two years, PC Stevens has managed to flood twitter with superhero characters.

Now we want to flood Facebook and Twitter to raise awareness and support victims of child sexual exploitation and you can simply help by changing your profile picture to your favourite superhero.

It’s all thanks to the hard work of Police Constable Rob Stevens who for a number of years now has been highlighting a serious cause with the use of a ‘Superhero’.

The Northamptonshire Police Constable harnesses the power of social media to raise important awareness of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE),

This is the third year the campaign has been running and the official hashtag is #SuperHero17. The aim of the campaign is to spread the word of CSE and encourage victims or those that are aware it is happening to come forward and report it.

The police would urge people across Northamptonshire to be alert to the signs a young person is at risk of or already a victim of CSE.

Already Police Officers and Chief Constables across the UK have changed their AVI’s to help highlight the important issue. But remember we need your help too.

Now please upload your superhero to your Twitter and Facebook profile image.
