Cleveland Police confirmed the boy who cannot be named for legal reasons was arrested on suspicion of arson this morning (Tuesday 9th May) following a fire at Rift House Primary School on Sunday (7th May).
He is currently being questioned by detectives from Hartlepool Volume Crime Team and inquiries into the incident are on-going.
