A little Girl is fighting for her life and suffering multiple organ failure after she contracted the flu. 

Three-year-old Ivie Boulton Yate in South Gloucestershire is fighting for her life at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle after Bristol Children’s Hospital told the family the could do no more for her.
Ivie was rushed to her GP after waking up with blue fingers and toes after suffering with the flu. She was immediately sent to Bristol Children’s Hospital.

Doctors attempted to remove some fluid from around her heart which was caused by the infection, while this was happening she went into cardiac arrest. She was given CPR and put on a life support machine.

Her parents Gavin and Scarlett want to warn other families how dangerous the flu can be.
