Four teenagers have been convicted after they hurled stones through a taxi window. They left a 70-year-old woman with a fractured skill.

Shocking footage has now been released showing the moment the stones smash the window leaving the pair covered in glass.

During the footage, the woman is struck on the forehead and she begins crying and becoming distressed as she comes to the realisation of what has happened.

Birmingham Youth Court heard how the young people – one aged 15, two 16 and a 17-year-old − pelted at least seven black cabs with stones as they travelled along Bristol Road on 25 May last year.
