A school boy aged just 15 has been charged with the killing of a Polish man in Essex.
The school boy was today charged with manslaughter over the death of Arkadiusz Jozwik aged 40.
Mr Jozwik sadly died two days after a brutal attack outside of a takeaway in Harlow which happened on August 27th.
Essex Police today confirmed they had charged the teenager who cannot be named for legal reasons and confirmed that five other youths who were at the scene at the time of the attack would not be charged.
Initial reports suggested the death may have been a possible hate crime, but it is understood prosecutors are not treating it as such.
