Cleveland Police has today charged a Taxi Driver from Middlesbrough with sexual touching.

A 35-year-old man has now been charged with sexual touching following the alleged incident which happened within a taxi on Docklands Road near Grangetown at 3am on Thursday 8th December.
Police arrested the man yesterday Wednesday 14th December 2016 after initially staying incident required no further police involvement.
Two men contact police after confronting the driver in a layby and wanted to know what he was doing on the back seat with a younger who police later confirmed was in fact 19-years-old.
Within the video the girl can be seen crying as she confirms he kissed her and just wanted to cuddle her on the back seat of the taxi.
The taxi firm the driver is working for has confirmed they have ended his contract with them and he no longer drives for them,
The man will appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on 23rd January.
