Jonathan Haswell aged 44 of Birtley, Gateshead was caught red-handed after he sent graphic messages and pictures of his private parts to school girl.  he believed was aged just 15.

He had been talking online to a girl he believed was just aged 15. What he did not know was that he’d actually been talking to and arranged to meet Dark Justice.

When Haswell arrived he was actually meeting Dark Justice a pro-active two-man organisation set up to prevent men looking for sex with underage girls.

Haswell had told the school girl that they would watch pornographic videos together and then copy what was happening on the screen.

He then went on to ask the school girl who had never had a boyfriend for some pictures of her in her underwear.

Haswell then arranged to meet what he believed was a school girl in Newcastle City Centre bringing with him a pornographic movie.

When he attended Newcastle Crown Court he pleaded guilty to attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity.

He was sentenced to two years imprisonment, suspended for two years, with sex offenders registration for ten years.

He was also ordered to abide by a sexual harm prevention order for life.
