Police fired Taser at the teenager who was arrested in the street in North London. The man was arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation and instigation of terrorism

The man was arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation and instigation of terrorism acts, under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

The man is in custody at a London police station. The arrest is linked to a suspicious package which was found on North Greenwich Underground Station on a tube which was travelling eastbound on the Jubilee Line.
