Paedophile hunters Dark Justice have filmed the moment they captured a would-be child abuser.

Simon Bagley aged 42 believed he was meeting a 13-year-old he had been grooming online for sex.

What Bagley did not know is that it was a fictitious 13-year-old and in-fact he had made contact with Paedophile Hunters Dark Justice.

Bagley was sentenced at Newcastle Crown Court to 12 months suspended jail sentence and placed on the sex offenders register for just five years.

Bagley sent a number of messages to what he believed was a 13-year-old girl sending messages such as “Would you like me to be your first boyfriend?” and “Would you like [me] to take your virginity?”

Bagley arranged to meet the girl in Time Square Newcastle and was confronted by Dark Justice before being arrested by Northumbria Police.

Dark Justice gather digital evidence of offenders as they pose as online children they then arrange to meet with the paedo and capture video evidence.

They have a very successful conviction rate for an offence that Police officers across the UK are finding difficult to charge offenders with.

Because of the intelligent way in which Dark Justice act they are able to gather the correct evidence that ensures offenders don’t walk away without a criminal recording and having to sign the sex offenders register.
