DCI Vera has been on the job in Hartlepool this evening (Tuesday 30th August) as ITV studios descended on a normally quiet area of the town.

They filmed an arrival scene at the grave yard as part of Vera’s investigation.

ITV Studios has been recording in a grave yard in Hartlepool this evening. Actress Brenda Bletyn who plays DCI Vera in the ITV Drama was spotted filing some scene within a grave yard.

Camera crews filmed a scene within a grave yard on Old Cemetery Road in Hartlepool.

The scenes are expected to be shown on telly in the Autumn when Vera returns to our TV screens.
