Met Police rule out terrorism in Russell Square attack
Detectives investigating the Russell Square attacks have ruled out a terror motive saying that ‘mental health’ is a significant factor.
Met Police Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley said that victims were chosen at random
Everything so far points to attack being mental health-related, he said.
A 19-year-old man, of Somali-Norwegian origin has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is being detained in a south London police station.
