A girl aged 14 was sexually assaulted by two males in Stockon last weekend.

Officers would like to trace the man as they believe he could assist with their enquiries.

The incident took place between 11pm on Saturday 2nd July and 2am on Sunday 3rd July near to the road works on Durham Road in Stockton.

Two males approached a 14-year-old girl, one of the men then went on to grope the girl before asking her to go to his house.

The victim managed to make off from the man and made her way home.
