Paedophile Hunters have caught another Paedo who groomed what he thought was a 13 year old girl.
Jeremiah Mace aged 65 from Hetton-Le-Hole, Tyne and Wear believed he was meeting with an school girl that was actually Dark Justice.
This lead Northumbria Police to discovering he had actually been grooming a 15 year old girl. This time it was a real school girl.
Dark justice confronted him in Newcastle City Centre after he has sent sick messages to what he believed was a 13 year old girl.
The chat transcript of the conversation between Mace and Dark Justice are as following.
Jeremiah Mace: You on here darling
Dark Justice: Yeah talk on here
JM: Mmmm its easier on here
DJ: Yep so u really want to meet me
JM: I could get in trouble if I did u know that don’t you
JM: You are 13 under the legal age if anyone saw OS together
Later messages reveal that he was beginning to get more sexual:
JM: Going to be honest I want you
DJ: Wat do u mean
JM: I want you every way possible lol
DJ: Now I’m confused lol
JM: Would you let me kiss you
DJ: Idk wud u really want to kiss me?
JM: And feel you
Mace owned up to his crimes at Newcastle Crown Court pleading guilty to attempting to meet a child after grooming, causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and making indecent photographs of a child.
During their investigation Northumbria Police uncovered evidence that Mace had actually been grooming another 15 year old school girl which had left a lasting impact on her as he discussed wanting to take her virginity.
In the school girls victim impact statement she said “At times I felt suicidal. I didn’t want to think back to what happened. I wanted all of it to go away.”
The girl had felt ‘panicked and anxious’ and needed to undergo counselling following the online grooming.
Mace was sentenced to 10 months in prison suspended for two years with rehabilitation requirements.
Sadly there has been no real punishment for Mace as he walked free from court.
