Boy 10 approached by man on Hartlepool Road 

Police have launched an investigation after a suspicious man  approached a young boy in Hartlepool. 

Police are investigating after a boy aged 10 was approached on Brenda Road in Hartlepool at 8.25 on Tuesday 14th June 2016.
