Police in Hackney were called to Holloway Road, Highbury and Islington at 08:39hrs on Wednesday, 11 May following reports of an item of unattended luggage onboard a route 271 Transport for London bus.

Officer from the Met Police Specialist  unit attended the scene and put a cordon in place. 

Police have now given the bus the all clear
