Met Police urgently tracing missing man with Medical Condition 

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a missing male from Harlesden.
Mohamed Abdi Sheikh, 42, was last seen at around 20:30hrs on Wednesday, 20 April in Neasden after watching the football with his friends. His movements following this are unknown.
Mohamed is a Somali male, 5ft 9inches tall, of very slim build and is bald with a small amount of facial hair. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, black jacket, jeans and brown boots. Mohamed wears glasses
Officers are concerned for Mohamed’s wellbeing due to a recent medical condition and are urgently seeking to trace him.
His disappearance in completely out of character.
