Northumbria Police have launched an appeal to trace a missing Ashington man named Stephen Henderson Ramshaw

MR Ramshaw aged 40 has not been seen since Monday (April 4 2016). Police are now becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare. Non of his family members have heard from him since he was last seen.

He is described as 5ft 9inches tall, slim build, pale complexion, short black hair balding on the top and black facial hair/stubble.

He is known to often camp out in a tent between the QE2 Country Park and Ashington Community Woodland.

Officers are keen to locate Stephen so they can ensure he is safe and well and would ask anyone who has seen him or has information about where he may be to contact police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Northumbria Police on 101 quoting reference 326 070416.
