Man charged after Lambeth Police Officer hit with car

Met Police have charged a man with GBH after a Police Officer was struck by a car in Lambeth. 

Officers have chared . Leo Gowan aged 23 (17.02.93), who is unemployed of no fixed address appears in custody at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 18 March charged with:

  1. Attempted GBH with intent against a police officer,
  2. Dangerous driving,
  3. Failing to stop when directed by a police officer,
  4. No insurance.

Police have arrested a decond man arrested aged 22 who was later bailed to return to a south London police station on a date in mid June pending further enquiries.
