Peter Sutcliffe, The Yorkshire Ripper has been spotted out in the public for the first time in 34 years.

The serial killer was spotted being escorted by five security guards as he was taken to Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey.

It is believed he is getting treatment for loss of sight.

It is reported that the killer was walking about with no handcuffs and enjoying himself.

Authorities hoped his visit would go unnoticed as he arrived at the hospital at 7.45am in a blacked out blue van and entered via the back entrance.
