The driver of a bin lorry that crash and killed six people in Glasgow has been arrested on a driving offence.
Police alleged Harry Clarke, 58, got into his car on 20th September without a driving licence.
Following the Glasgow incident the DVLA withdrew his licence and banned him from driving a HGV for 10 years.
It was discovered that Clarke blacked out while driving his bin lorry, moments the lorry killed six people.
Due to this his licence was taken away on medical grounds.
