Two people have today, Wednesday, 5 August, been charged in connection with the investigation into the burglary at Hatton Garden in April.
[I] Brenn Walters, aka Ben Perkins, 43 (05.01.72), of Manor Court, Enfield, has been bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 27 August, charged with Section 327 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. He was arrested on 19 May.

[K] Terri Robinson, 35 (21.2.80) of Sterling Road, Enfield, was bailed to appear Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 27 August, charged with Section 327 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. She was arrested on 14 June.

+Nine people [A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/J] previously charged in connection with the investigation appeared at Southwark Crown on 4 June and were remanded in custody to appear at Woolwich Crown Court on 4 September.

+ A further three individuals – [L] 45-year-old man, [M] 59-year-woman, and [N] 40-year-old woman – have also been interviewed under caution in connection with the investigation.
