Police responding to reports of an explosion at a factory in the East of France.
Police discovered a beheaded body near Grenoble in southeast France. Officers discovered an Islamist Flag located near to the site.
Reports have confirmed that parts of the body were placed on a fence surrounding the factory.

Local police have confirmed that 12 other people have been injured at the scene.
Sources suggest a head was placed on the fence of the factory and covered in Arabic writing although this cannot be confirmed.
A 30-year-old local man who is known to french intelligence agencies has been arrested following the incident.
France’s Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve is on his way to the scene.
