Roads and Transport Policing Command officers are appealing for witnesses to a fatal collision on the A1 in Barnet.
At around 17:15hrs on Saturday, 28 March police were called by London Ambulance Service to an injured motorcycle rider on the A1 just south of Stirling Corner.
Officers attended but the rider, a man believed aged 25, was pronounced dead at the scene. Enquiries by officers to inform next of kin are ongoing.
The man was riding a white Ducati motorcycle. At this early stage there have been no eyewitness reports of any other vehicle involved and officers would urge anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.
The North West Serious Collision Investigation Unit are carrying out enquires into the circumstances of the incident.
