Sickening footage has emerged of a disgusting, vicious unprovoked attack on a Police Sergeant which was captured on her body camera.

Evidence which ensured a successful conviction.

Sergeant Kerry Lawrence’s head was banged off the ground a number of times by a male offender who she had detained and handcuffed in the early hours of July 6th 2014.

Her police force has released the footage of her attacker

It happened in the early hours of 6 July last year when she was responding to a report of a burglary in progress Craig Radbourne who has been jailed for three years.

Thankfully the officer has made a full recovery and returned to full duty following the incident.
