Sainsburys Supermarkets have proved they certainly go the extra mile when it comes to customer service.

Sainsburys Chesterfield have been praised after an online driver went the extra mile, most companies would have stopped, turned around and re-arranged the delivery dates.

The driver named Chris Pass wasn’t stopped when he could not take his van any further because of the extreme weather and walked the rest of the way to ensure the baby nappies and milk reached their destination.
