POLICE are appealing for information after a 20 year old woman was sexually assaulted while she was out jogging in Preston.

At around 11.30am today (Friday 13 February) the woman was jogging on Sharoe Green Lane when a man ran behind her and grabbed her bottom. When the woman turned around, he sprinted off in the opposite direction.

He is described as being of a stocky build and was wearing a navy hooded top, navy workman’s trousers and gloves.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting log number LC-20150213-0465.
