Detectives from Barking and Dagenham Police investigating a double stabbing are appealing for information from anyone who was at a private party at Thames Road, Barking in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police were called to the private hire venue at around 04:15hrs on 25 January. On arrival officers found two men, aged 25 [1] and 23 [2], suffering from stab wounds.

Both were taken to an east London hospital. Their injuries are not life threatening.

A woman, aged 33 was taken to an east London hospital for treatment to non life threatening injuries.

Officers await further updates regarding the condition of victim [4]. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Eight people remain under arrest on suspicion of GBH at this time. They are currently in custody at a south London police station.

Barking and Dagenham Borough Police CID are investigating and enquiries continue.
