    Help find missing 13 year old Richard Flanagan

    Police Scotland officers in Dundee are appealing for information to trace Richard Flanagan (13) missing from his home address in Menzieshill, Dundee since 2000 hours on Saturday 24 January 2015. Richard’s family are concerned for his wellbeing and desperately seek him to return home.

    He is described as being about 5’3’’ tall, slim build with short brown hair. When last seen, Richard was wearing a blue/grey Soul Cal tracksuit bottoms and top. He had black Adidas Samba training shoes on.

    Anyone with any information about Richard whereabouts should call Police Scotland on 101 or speak to any Police officer.
