Four boys – three aged 14 [A/B/D] and one aged 13 [C] – arrested on suspicion of the murder of Christopher John Barry in December last year in The Broadway, N9 have been released without charge.

[D] who was also arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon has been re-bailed to a date in March.

Another boy – aged 13 [E] – appeared at the Old Bailey on Friday, 19 December, charged with the murder Mr Barry, 53, in Edmonton.

He was remanded to appear for a plea and case management hearing at the Old Bailey on 6 March.
