Some of the most popular messaging services used by millions within the UK could soon be banned under new plans announced by David Cameron.

The new surveillance laws which Cameron aims to introduce before the next general election could end the use of iMessage, WhatsApp and Snapchat.

Cameron’s plans will stop all methods of communication that the security services are unable to monitor.

If the plans get the go ahead the servers running the uk services will be blocked and apps pulled from the UK market.
