Two boys released without charge on Manchester dogs home blaze

The two boys arrested in connection with an arson attack on Manchester Dogs’ Home have been released without charge.

Officers were called to the dogs’ home on Moss Bank Road in Harpurhey around 7.20pm on Thursday 11 September 2014 following reports of a fire.

The 15 and 17-year-old boys who were arrested on suspicion of arson have been released without charge.
